Due to the personalized nature of our creations, we do not accept returns. However, we are here to assist in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If the product has a defect, we will gladly exchange it.
  • Sizing Issues: If the product doesn’t fit as expected, we will either exchange it or alter the size to meet your requirements.

How to Request an Exchange or Alteration:

  1. Initiate Your Request:
    Contact our team to start the process. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

  2. Shipping the Item Back:
    Please ship the item to:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Exchanges or alterations will be processed within 5 days of receiving the item and completing a quality check.

  3. Quality Check:
    Once we receive the item, it will undergo a thorough quality check. If it meets our criteria, your exchange or alteration will be processed promptly.

Conditions for Exchange or Alteration:

  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • There should be no stains, signs of wear, or damage.
  • For sets, all items must be returned together.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping charges for sending the item back are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Exchanged or altered items will be shipped back to you free of cost.
